How Contexts Are Created
Contexts are created and maintained by the wiki-context-forger agent (AGENTS.ctx/wiki-context-forger/). If no context matches your objective, ask the forger to forge one — it will scan wiki, memory, and CRISP, assemble the context, and save it here for future reuse.
